2012 Van Slyck Scholarship winner

Nicholas Van Slyck was the conductor of the Merrimack Valley Philharmonic from 1967 to 1982. He died in 1983 and in his memory the MVPS has each year since 1984 presented a scholarship to an outstanding high school senior from the Merrimack Valley who is making music his or her life's vocation. The 2012 winner was announced at the May 6 concert: Morgan LaMonica.
